We offer you a 30-day return window.

We make returns simple and flexible, offering multiple options to suit you: DPD Drop Shop, Royal Mail, InPost lockers, or home collection.

Return charges start from just £3.50. If you choose store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method, your return fee will be waived. For full details, please see below or head straight to our returns portal to get started.

We will refund the full purchase price of returned goods, to the original payment method, provided they are returned back in the original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. For full details see our T&C’s

Our returns process is quick and easy. Please note that we do not currently offer exchanges. All you need to do is submit your returns request via our Online Returns Portal.

• Pack your unused items securely in well-protected packaging.
• Use the returns portal to create a Returns label.
• Maximum dimensions & weight: 61cm x 46cm x 46cm & 5kg.
• Drop it at your local post office and retain your proof of postage.
• Your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days of receipt.
• Return via your prefered method Royal Mail , InPost or DPD at a flat fee of £3.50 and this will be deducted from your refund.

Kindly note we are unable to accept liability for any returns made outside of our delivery partners and so would strongly recommend using a tracked service.

Should you return an item, where you receive a discount that is applicable over a certain order value and the return takes the order value below that threshold, the discount will need to be taken into account when the refund is made. For example, if an order is placed for £60 with a discount applied 'Save £5 over £50 spend' and an item worth £40 is returned for a refund. The £5 discount would no longer be applicable as the order value is now lower.

Occasionally we offer free gifts with purchase. These are considered part of the purchase and must be included, in an unused condition, with any such returns, for a full refund or credit to be given. If an item is returned without the free gift, we reserve the right to charge the full RRP for it, which will be automatically deducted from any refund made.

We’re unable to offer direct exchanges as our stock moves quickly. However, if you return your item for store credit via our online returns portal, your return fee will be waived. Once processed, you can easily use your credit to reorder your new item.

Items received as gifts may be returned for store credit, under the same conditions as above. To return your unwanted items please use the return methods above and provide us with an email address for your gift card refund. Please contact customer service if you have any queries.
