We offer you a 60-day return window.

We will refund the full purchase price of returned goods, to the original payment method, provided they are returned back in the original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. We also refund our standard delivery charge if the order is returned in full.

• Pack your unused items securely in well-protected packaging.
• Use the returns portal to create a free returns label.
• Maximum dimensions & weight: 61cm x 46cm x 46cm & 5kg.
• Drop it at your local post office and retain your proof of postage.
• Your refund will be processed within 2 working days of receipt.
