Local Pickup offers you a more convenient and secure way to receive your order. Local Pickup allows you to collect your order at a convenient time for you, from a nearby location, such as Sainsbury’s, Co-Op or the Post Office. There are thousands of pick up locations for you to choose from.

Your order is securely stored for 7 days until you are ready to collect it.

Not only that, Local Pickup reduces carbon emissions by over 85% compared to home delivery. By choosing Local Pickup, you’re choosing the sustainable delivery option.

At checkout, just select the Local Pickup option and select a nearby Local Pickup Point from thousands nationwide.

You will receive a notification email from DPD or Inpost when your order is ready to be collected.

The opening hours of the Local Pickup Point will be displayed at the time of selection and will also be displayed in your pickup email allowing you to collect at a convenient time for you.

Local Pickup Points are open long hours and will store your package securely until you are ready to collect at a time that suits you.

You will be notified via an email from DPD or Inpost when your package is available to pick up.

You can pick up your order within 7 days of it arriving at the DPD Pickup Point.

If the order is not picked up after 7 days it will be returned to the retailer on the 8th day.

You will need to bring the DPD Pickup Pass, sent by DPD via email, with you when you collect your order.

You can collect from your InPost locker by scanning your QR code or popping in your phone number (remember to leave off the first 0) and collection code.

When you choose to pick up from a Local Pickup location it's better for the environment than Home Delivery! That's because the Local Pickup service means that couriers can consolidate deliveries rather than driving door to door.

By delivering multiple packages to one place, drivers cover fewer miles than driving from one home to the next.
