We believe outfitting your child with safe, durable, and awesome products is too important to let the loss of your Babiators product get in the way!

So, if your child's Babiators products are lost or broken within one year of purchase, we will send you a free replacement.

Guarantee FAQs

Registering your Babiators is quick and easy. Click here to register within 30 days of your purchase, so we recommend you do this straight away! You will need your LF code on the barcode sticker of your product box.

Simply click here and enter your email address and the product code that you registered.

Kindly note there will be a shipping and handling charge of £6. Please note this is charged per redemption.

We may request proof of purchase if we're unable to locate this. 

We will replace any Babiators within one year of purchase. Please note we offer one replacement for each pair purchased. We cannot issue a replacement from a previous redemption.

We hear you and would like to help, however, our redemption system only allows for one product replacement per transaction. You must pay the shipping and handling charges that apply per transaction.

You will only be able to claim for the exact size you have registered for in your redemption. This meets the terms and conditions of the guarantee.

You are only able to redeem against the original pair purchased. For example, if you purchased one of our original styles, you will not be able to claim a Limited or Polarised style as a replacement. If the replacement product is unavailable we will offer a similar alternative.

Only Babiators sunglasses, screensavers, swim and ski goggles are covered under our 1 year guarantee. Accessories such as straps, cases and clothing are excluded from this.
