We offer you a 30-day return window.

We make returns simple and flexible, offering multiple options to suit you: DPD Drop Shop, Royal Mail, InPost lockers, or home collection.

Return charges start from just £3.50. However, if you checked out with Checkout+, your returns are free. If you choose store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method, your return fee will also be waived. We will refund the full purchase price of returned goods, to the original payment method, provided they are returned back in the original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. For full details see our T&C’s

Our returns process is quick and easy. Please note that we do not currently offer exchanges. All you need to do is submit your returns request via our Online Returns Portal.

• Pack your unused items securely in well-protected packaging.
• Use the returns portal to create a Returns label.
• Maximum dimensions & weight: 61cm x 46cm x 46cm & 5kg.
• Drop it at your local post office and retain your proof of postage.
• Your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days of receipt.
• Return via your prefered method Royal Mail , InPost or DPD at a flat fee of £3.50 and this will be deducted from your refund.

Kindly note we are unable to accept liability for any returns made outside of our delivery partners and so would strongly recommend using a tracked service.

We’re unable to offer direct exchanges as our stock moves quickly. However, if you return your item for store credit via our online returns portal, your return fee will be waived. Once processed, you can easily use your credit to reorder your new item.

Items received as gifts may be returned for store credit, under the same conditions as above. To return your unwanted items please use the return methods above and provide us with an email address for your gift card refund. Please contact customer service if you have any queries.

Checkout+ is an optional add-on at checkout, powered by Swap. It bundles free UK domestic return labels with package protection for loss, damage, or theft in transit — in one opt-in.

Yes. On opted-in UK domestic orders, eligible returns use a prepaid return label so you don’t pay return postage. Start your return via https://returnsportal.shop/babiators-uk. International return labels are not covered by Checkout+ unless we say otherwise at the time.

Package protection may still apply where offered at checkout. Free return labels under Checkout+ are modelled for UK domestic orders.

A 14-day cooling-off period

If you buy a product or service online, by phone or from a seller at your doorstep (in legal terms a “distance contract” or “off-premises contract”) you have the right to withdraw. This means you can cancel the contract within 14 days without providing any justification (the "cooling-off period"). For goods this means 14 days from the date of delivery, for services 14 days after the day the contract was agreed. If the cooling-off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended until the next working day.
